Description Robert Half is looking for a full-time Business Transaction Attorney to join our client's growing team in Peoria, Illinois. The individual will primarily work within the areas of commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning, and general corporate and business representation. Responsibilities: + Handle various commercial transactions efficiently and accurately. + Provide legal assistance in commercial real estate matters. + Develop and implement estate plans and manage estate administration. + Oversee probate procedures and trust administration. + Represent and provide legal counsel in general corporate and business matters. + Conduct comprehensive legal research for case preparation. + Engage directly with clients to address their legal concerns and provide solutions. + Deliver strong written and oral communication in all aspects of the job. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business laws for effective legal representation. Requirements + Applicant must hold a valid license to practice law in the state. + A minimum of two years of experience as an Attorney is required + Knowledge of Corporate & Commercial law is required. + Strong Legal Research skills are necessary. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is needed.
