Responsibilities • Work collaboratively with experienced estate planning and business law teams • Involvement in the creation of family estate planning and business succession plans • Participate in the creation and management of legal entities • Draft and manage operating and shareholder agreements • Provide counsel on various business matters • Utilize 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software for efficient work management • Handle Conveyancer and Document Management duties • Prepare and present briefings on Civil Litigation and Claim Administration • Address and resolve Complaint Handling and Consumer Electronics related issues • Apply expertise in Estate Planning and Estate Law to daily tasks. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a detail-oriented services industry as an Attorney/Lawyer. • Proficiency in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Conveyancer is required. • The candidate should have proven skills in Document Management. • The ability to effectively perform Briefing tasks is necessary. • The candidate should have experience in Civil Litigation. • Claim Administration capabilities are required. • The candidate must possess skills in Complaint Handling. • Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is an added advantage. • The candidate should have experience in Estate Planning. • Proficiency in Estate Law is mandatory.
