Description Litigation Attorney Our client, a leading regional law firm, has an opening in their Denver, CO office for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2 plus years of complex commercial litigation attorney/ associate experience. The ideal Litigation Attorney will have demonstrated experience in successfully executing legal strategy, taking depositions, motion practice, trial, arbitration, hearings, producing witnesses for depositions, and other key litigation events. Candidates must have law firm experience and previous experience advocating for clients. The Litigation Attorney should be licensed in Colorado. The firm offers an excellent pay and benefits package. Requirements • Possession of a valid license to practice law. • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney or lawyer. • Proficiency in document management and record keeping. • Experience in briefing and presenting cases. • Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation. • Familiarity with consumer electronics industry legislation and regulations. • Prior experience as a litigation attorney is a must. • Proven ability in commercial litigation. • Experience in complex business litigation. • Expertise in complex commercial litigation. • Demonstrated understanding of complex litigation processes. • Prior civil litigation experience is required. • Experience in litigation - both civil and defense. • Ability to manage litigation documents efficiently. • Proven experience in handling litigation matters. • Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures. • Experience in litigation practice.
