Description We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Attorney with experience in elder abuse cases to join our team on a project basis. This fully remote role focuses on pre-judgment work, including drafting, research, motions, and briefs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in California family law and elder abuse matters, with excellent legal writing and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: + Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs + Conduct thorough legal research on family law and elder abuse issues + Assist with case strategy and analysis + Provide written legal memoranda to support litigation efforts + Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals Requirements Requirements: + Active California Bar license (in good standing) + 3+ years of experience in family law, with a focus on elder abuse cases preferred + Strong legal writing and research skills + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines + Experience handling pre-judgment work (motions, pleadings, and research) Preferred Qualifications: + Experience handling domestic violence restraining orders (DVROs) related to elder abuse + Background in financial and physical abuse cases involving elders + Familiarity with conservatorship and guardianship matters Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
