We are on the lookout for an adept Attorney/Lawyer with a focus on contract law, to join our team remotely. This role will primarily involve working on payer contracts and value-based care contracts in the healthcare space. Responsibilities:
• Facilitate heavy redlining of contracts and ensure their timely execution.
• Work on payer contracts and value-based care contracts in the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with a small team that focuses on similar contracts.
• Address inquiries and provide solutions related to contract issues.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and communication in all tasks.
• Utilize contract management tools, IronClad and Jira, for contract processing (previous experience with these tools is not mandatory).
• Uphold contract compliance and manage contract administration effectively.
• Handle various contract types and deal with contract specifications.
• Ensure contract terms are adhered to and manage any necessary contract negotiations.
Requirements • Applicant must possess significant knowledge and experience in Commercial Contracts.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Contract Administration is required.
• Candidate must be well-versed in Contract Compliance.
• Prior experience in Contract Management is necessary.
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation are essential.
• Applicant should have a good understanding of Contract Specification.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret Contract Terms is mandatory.
• Familiarity with various Contract Types is expected.
• Candidates with experience in the HealthCare Industry will be preferred.
