Description Attorney Recruiting Specialist A leading law firm’s Denver office is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role is responsible for coordinating the summer associate program, managing on-campus recruitment and law student outreach, and supporting lateral attorney hiring. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate on-campus interviews (OCI), resume collections, and student outreach programs Plan and manage all aspects of the summer associate program, including events, evaluations, and communications Support fall associate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation Assist with lateral attorney recruitment processes and applicant tracking Maintain recruitment data, draft reports, and respond to industry surveys Collaborate with law schools, firm leadership, and external partners to support hiring initiatives and promote the firm’s brand Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of legal recruiting experience preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in talent acquisition at a top law firm with a collaborative culture and room for professional growth. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role within the legal industry • Proven track record of effective recruitment strategies, particularly for attorney roles • Experience with Campus Recruiting and College Recruiting • Comprehensive knowledge of the legal industry and its hiring practices • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with potential candidates • High level of organization and attention to detail • Proficient in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
