The Attractions Reservations Coordinator works closely with Attractions and Food & Beverage to ensure excellent customer service and the highest level of accuracy in bookings is always provided. The role is responsible for driving group sales and revenue for the Queen Mary’s Tours and Attractions while also overseeing restaurant reservations for groups. This role focuses on proactive outreach, client relationship management, and operational coordination to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
ResponsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.Knowledge of Outlook MS Word and Excel required.Experience with Group Sales computer systems including Delphi and FareharborOccasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.Capable of using multiple systems at the same timeSelf-starter results-oriented team player and demonstrates a high-level attention to detailFlexibility and adaptability to a dynamic evolving environmentJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate, school, travel, and other group clientele to generate bookings.Respond to inquiries, generate quotes, and close sales in a timely and professional manner.Maintain a strong understanding of tour offerings, special events, and available packages to effectively upsell.Manage group restaurant reservations for parties of 11-25 guests, working closely with the Food & Beverage department to ensure seamless coordination.Serve as the primary liaison between the Attractions and Restaurant teams, ensuring proper communication of guest needs, dietary restrictions, and scheduling.Assist in curating group dining experiences that align with the Queen Mary’s experiences and offerings.Utilize booking and CRM systems to track sales, reservations, and client communications.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.Collaborate with the Attractions team to support on-site coordination for large groups.Assist with VIP experiences, specialty tours, and other high-value bookings as needDevelop and execute strategies to increase group sales for tours, attractions, and bundled experiencesPerforms other duties as assigned by hotel/department leadership.
