We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department. The ideal candidate will handle ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our service department, while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

What Our Service Managers Do

Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all Service Department staff Responsible for maximizing shop efficiency, productivity and quality Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory through reporting to maintain profit goals Monitors repair order trends to find ways to maximize business Oversee the warranty management system, ensuring that all claims are paid in a timely fashion and properly justified Ensure customer needs are met through consistent use of our service process Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership’s guidelines Ensure the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction Understand, keeps abreast of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations

Your Pre-Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, supervisory, customer service and managerial skills 5 years of experience in a service department Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
