This job is to assist the Priesthood and Family Department in its purpose to help God’s children joyfully live the gospel of Jesus Christ. The purpose of this role as part of the Member Audience Communication Division is to reach every heart and home with prophetic messages in order to build faith in Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ and deepen conversion to Them.
Under the direction of the Senior Audience Communication Manager for youth and Director of Member Audience Communication, the Audience Communication Manager for youth assists to establish and execute the overall purpose of all youth audience messaging channels.
This role provides strategic and creative direction for all youth-oriented multimedia products. This includes product messaging strategy, publishing-related technologies, effective globalization and localization of content, correlation standards, and best publishing practices. The Audience Communication Manager understands the needs of our 11-18 year old audience and works collaboratively with the Senior Audience Communication Manager and youth teams to provide creative ideation and design direction. This position manages functional teams and reports to the Senior Audience Communication Manager. Work assignments will be high in profile and complexity. This is a people manager role.
