The Role
Veeva Crossix is dedicated to advancing healthcare marketing with analytics, innovative planning, targeting, measurement, and optimization solutions. Positioned at the center of big data, innovative technology, and multichannel media, Veeva Crossix provides most life sciences companies with insights to help make strategic business decisions and drive improved patient outcomes. We are looking for a high performer to join our growing Audience Segments team in New York. You will work on our operations team responsible for the intake and distribution of audience segments to our customers. This is a critical role to customer success.What You'll DoProcess and distribute Crossix Audience segments via LiveRamp, Throtle, and other onboarders to programmatic and media destinationsMaintain trackers and coordinate with account teams on operational itemsManage internal team communication on a timely, consistent basisTroubleshoot delivery issues with partnersManage inbound audience segment requests, and direct customer support for a set of customersEscalate issues, delays and challenges, pairing each with suggested solutionsRequirementsBaseline knowledge of digital marketing with 1+ years working in digital advertisingStrong project management skillsTireless attention to detailAbility to manage time and prioritize to commit to on-time delivery every timeDesire to work in a fast-paced work environmentSolid Excel skills. Experience using Google Office SuiteFacility for learning new platforms and technologies. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
