Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audio Sales Manager to lead our audio sales team and drive revenue growth for our audio products and solutions. The Audio Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for audio products and solutions, including identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and formulating sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the audio sales team to ensure high performance, effective teamwork, and achievement of sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

3. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including audio equipment dealers, distributors, and industry partners. Collaborate with key accounts to develop customized audio solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's audio product portfolio and customer base. Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners to drive sales growth and market penetration.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide insights into sales results, market conditions, and customer preferences. Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.

6. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Provide product training for the sales team and collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

7. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service and support for clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address their audio needs and requirements.

8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and facilitate seamless customer experiences. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
