Who will you be working with?
The AV Support Specialist will work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to provide day to day operations including IT & AV support, communication of issues, maintenance required, and troubleshooting.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Communications team you will provide a high level of “on demand” customer service while managing customer, executive and government official meetings and presentations with video conference and streamlining technologies.

You must have:

Give recommendations and possible solutions. Interact with third-party vendors when necessary.Create processes where processes are needed but do not existIdentify process improvements for all supported functions and equipmentAssist with operations of AV assets and other Wabtec sites and initiatives, including supporting software and firmware upgradesMaintain documentation for all AV equipment use and supporting processesDeliver support services for Wabtec TV environment including server side, network, and existing base in the field (~100)Physical Demands:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between
$67,400.00-$96,000.00The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefit offerings for this role may include an annual bonus, if eligible.
