I. Major Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations including TYMPs, OAEs for pediatrics through geriatrics. Cochlear implant evaluations, mapping and troubleshooting Amplification assessment, hearing aid fitting, dispensing follow-up care and counseling Mentor and supervise Audiology doctoral students

II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:

Required:

1. Master's or Doctorate Degree in Audiology from an accredited institution of higher learning.

2. Massachusetts’ Audiologist license.

3. Attainment of the Certificate of Clinical Competence within six months of date of hire.

Experience/Skills:

Required:

1. Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Audiology.

2. Demonstrated skill in analyzing problems and making decisions.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to work cooperatively with all members of the healthcare team.

5. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

1. Minimum of 1 year Audiology experience.
