JOB SUMMARY

Provides diagnostic audiological, vestibular, and electrophysiological assessment, intraoperative monitoring, interpretation, and aural rehabilitation to include hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting and follow-up for patients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Doctorate Degree Minimum Work Experience 1 Year Required Licenses/Certifications Texas Audiology license, certification of clinical competency in audiology Valid Texas Driver's License required only for individuals identified as HMC Designated Drivers per policy.  Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excellent human relations and oral written skills Diagnostic equipment’s and associated computers Microsoft Word Personal computer Designated Driver Yes OSHA Category 1 - High Risk
