Purpose of the role
This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the team, including the review and processing of quotations and applications, creation and maintenance of client master records, record uploads to client tools, and undertaking project work and general administrative duties.Prompt and professional responses to customer requests and comments are a key aspect of the role.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Support the EMEA team in account program management.Receive, prioritize, and process new client applications and existing client quotations/recalculations.Create and update customer master records, including billing, licensing, and electronically stored master document records.Provide general administrative support to the team as requested.Assist with customer problems, both external and internal, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.Ensure customer information is up-to-date and carry out regular data clean-up initiatives.Undertake specific project work as required.Adopt a team approach to working both within the group and with other teams and functions within the department and across the business.Requirements:
Administrative support experience, preferably in a service delivery environmentClient relationship management supportData management experienceBusiness English (other EMEA languages desirable but not essential)Experience in auditing, compliance, or certification industry considered as plusMin.
