We are in search of an Audit & Assurance Manager who not only shares our vision but is ready to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure outstanding service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and advising on business and process enhancements. Stay ahead of industry trends, understanding the client's sector to provide insightful recommendations. Lead and manage assurance engagements, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within scope. Supervise and direct fieldwork, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, work in progress (WIP), and billing. ?Mentor and coach team members, enhancing their technical and professional skills.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

CPA designation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm. Proficiency in Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and/or Not-For-Profit Organizations (ASNPO). A solid foundation in business, accounting, and management principles. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. ?Experience with accounting and tax software, such as CaseWare and TaxPrep, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

Offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, reflective of the role's importance and the expertise we seek.
