Audit Clerk
**Overview** The audit clerk is responsible for the daily audit of the cashier shift reports, POF machine records, and monthly sales reports and invoicing. Audit clerk will also perform spot audits of cashier tickets and random cahier audits. Duties include: Count and reconcile daily cashier revenue and document discrepancies any discrepancies and report findings in audit report to Management. Review all tickets for accurate processing and recording on cashier report Audit cashier banks periodically for accuracy Audit POF banks/cassettes to ensure accuracy of funds Audit POF machine records and procedures by staff to ensure dual custody and appropriate procedures followed to ensure integrity of the process Audit credit card reconciliation and process to ensure compliance. This is 1st Shift, flexible schedule either 6 am - 2:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm. The pay listed is $20- $22, biweekly **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required. • No experience required and on the job training provided. **Preferred Qualifications:** • One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred **Responsibilities:** • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles, to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios, telephones, and/or computers; determines types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or client requirements • Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and/or resource schedules • Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s) • Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work, or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information • Recognize and mitigate a variety of issues encountered within the department and other work environments • Confer with clients and/or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for resources • Monitor resources and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules to achieve optimal efficiency; • Compile statistics and reports on work progress. • Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
