As Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager within our Sanofi Internal Audit Data Analytics team, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to identify risks through data. Developing tailor-made AI solutions that help us quickly focus on Risks across the whole company.

Main responsibilities:

The Senior Manager Data Analyst handles activities related to Sanofi Internal Audit Assignments, such as:

Support Internal Audit team members during audits by ensuring a high level of expertise on data analytics and propose evidenceDeeply understand end-to-end data analytics process: extraction, transformation, modelling, AI/ML, visualizationFoster data transformation and analysis techniques usage to identify risks and audit pointsFoster the digital transformation at SIA&RMImprove Auditors skills and knowledge about data and AI

About you

Experience:

A minimum of four to six years of professional work experience in Data Analytics is required ideally with at least 2 years of Data Analytics in external or internal audit

Soft skills:

Strong communication skills. Operate with a collaborative mindsetEffective in prioritizing work and following through on commitmentsStrong change management abilityAbility to take large volumes of complex data and/or information and present it in a clear and concise mannerStrong ability to disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and presentation skills is required

Technical skills:

Data Visualization: Power BI, Qlik and/or TableauPrevious hands-on experience using Machine Learning algorithms is preferredKnowledge of SAP (data model, tables structure and processes) is recommendedETL: Alteryx and/or Dataiku‘Programming’ languages amongst: SQL, Python, R, M and/or DAX

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
