**What you’ll be doing**
As a leader in the Internal Audit Professional Practices Center (PPC), you'll work in a fast-paced environment where, together, we serve to make our Internal Audit department more efficient and effective. Reporting to the Senior Director, Reporting and Resource Management, you will lead resource management strategies globally, including but not limited to, people programs, skills assessment, capacity analyses, resource management and other related programs.

**How you'll succeed**
+ **Talent/resource management** -Lead centralized management of resources and support recruiting efforts to ensure that Internal Audit staffing levels are appropriate and utilized effectively to support completion of the Audit Plan. Evaluate resource capacity and utilization. Lead onboarding processes and identify enhancement opportunities. Execute global strategies, including resource management, skills assessment, capacity assessment, and talent programs. Support and streamline key processes within the central resource management function and develop standard operating procedures. Maintain key resource management reporting capabilities, such as headcount, resource availability, budget to actuals, utilization, etc. Support the annual skills assessment process, while identifying opportunities for automation. Assist in developing annual objectives for distribution to the department, in alignment with senior leadership goals.
+ **Leveraging technology** - Oversee Internal Audit’s scheduling tool (Planview) and provide guidance to Resource Managers. Ensure scheduling processes, procedures and reporting are current. Work with Portfolio Directors and Executives to assess resource needs/availability and allocate resources appropriately. Contribute to assessment of internal processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ **Relationship management** - Strong skills in relationship management, time management, organization and planning. Foster relationships within the Internal Audit department, including audit teams, senior leadership, and other PPC teams. Support efforts to manage Campus Recruitment program and Internal Audit’s talent programs.
+ **Team leadership and development** - Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Align individual and team goals with organizational objectives while providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities.

+ **You’re have a** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
