This role requires a genuine interest in developing a comprehensive understanding of our client’s business and tax environments, as well as providing a proactive year-round tax planning approach. You will be working closely with engagement partners, interacting with great clients, and having opportunities for staff supervision and advancement. ResponsibilitiesLead audit and other assurance engagementsProvide timely and superior-quality services exceeding client expectationsIdentify additional areas of service and planning opportunitiesMaintain relationships with key business contacts and clientsPursue new business developmentDevelop skills for reviewing audit and assurance engagementsEssential Skills5+ years of Public Accounting experienceCPA or CPA EligibleSpecialization in specific areas such as audit/single audit, non-profit, employers benefit, etc.Experience in corporate tax preparation/planningTech-savvy – Experience with Tax/Audit software (CHH ProSystem Preferred)Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft software applicationsMust be in geographic region for occasional in-office meetings if neededBachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Applicable field or equitable amount of total experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsActive Oregon CPA certificationCHH ProSystem software experienceExperience with Fixed Asset SoftwareExperience working within a mid-sized or large-sized firmExperience working with construction or non-profit client baseExperience with client acquisitionIntegrity/Promptness/Forthrightness/Trustworthiness/Reliability/ExcellencePersonable and Professional – customer service demeanorAttention to detailGreat Communicator – Internally and externally – both written and oralHighly organized with the ability to manage projectsAbility to work both as a team and independentlyWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
