The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial, operational, technical, and compliance auditing, with a minimum of five years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or similar industry roles, two of which should be in a managerial role. This position requires a deep understanding of internal auditing principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance. To learn more about our award-winning culture, visit theEliassen Experience (https://www.eliassen.com/eliassen-experience) . **Description:** · Lead and support operational, technology, or compliance audits to identify and evaluate key operational risks and related controls. · Engage with executive management and stakeholders to stay informed of changes and new initiatives within the business and technology areas, sharing audit perspectives related to risk identification and mitigation. · Develop new audit technologies, revise existing procedures, and perform risk analyses of areas to determine the frequency of audits. · Identify and analyze complex issues, problems, and improvement opportunities, and develop conclusions and recommendations. · Verify or review audit evidence, prepare audit plans, workpapers, findings, status reports, and audit reports. · Lead follow-up reviews to ensure that appropriate corrective actions have been implemented by client management. · Train and develop Senior and Staff Auditors while maintaining effective working relationships with assigned business areas. **Required Skills & Knowledge:** · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a similar field. · MBA/MA is a plus. · 5+ years of related work experience, including two years of management or leadership experience within operational or IT audit, preferably within a financial services, Big 4 consulting, or Fortune 500 professional services firm. · Professional certification(s) is strongly desired (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CFE, PMP) or the desire or progress towards such. · Strong knowledge of one or more IT audit areas of specialty (e.g., application security, business continuity and disaster recovery, implementation, computer operations, database administration, information security and privacy, mainframe, network, and infrastructure architecture). · Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills. · Knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards governing the high-tech and financial services industries. · Experience with COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and FFIEC Standards is strongly preferred. · ERP system knowledge is a plus. Base Salary $95,000 - $110,000 _The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge._ _This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity._ _W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure)._
