ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Manage audit, review, compilation engagements, and multiple teams. Provide performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements endPartner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.Oversee daily operations of the audit engagement. From staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and the conclusionResearch and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactionsAssist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise while communicating proactively and promptlyServe as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetingsTake part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesQualifications:
Requires a Bachelors Degree in AccountingCPA certification requiredCCIFP Certification preferredConstruction industry experience in private and/or public requiredRequires at least five years of job related experience in public accountingRequires prior supervisory experience

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
