Audit Manager

Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the audit process to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and perform audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit planning, and audit testingReview and analyze financial statements, audit reports, and other accounting documentsCommunicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholdersProvide guidance and mentorship to audit staffDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersAssist in the development and implementation of audit policies and proceduresStay up-to-date on accounting and auditing standards and regulationsQualificationsCPA certification5+ years of experience in public accounting or related fieldExperience in auditing Real Estate, Construction, Agribusiness, Manufacturing industries preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and manage teams
