Position Overview:
As part of the talented Finance team, you will be a key member of our finance leadership team. This role is responsible to lead execution of business goverance framework to ensure global internal controls are effective and compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, company policy and other applicable legislation. The Audit Manager will be a key adviser to the Finance leadership team across two divisions and broader business as to the design and effectiveness of our Internal Control framework globally.

Essential Functions:
Assist in the development of the annual risk assessment and audit planLead and participate in process documentation validation, analysis and verification of internal controls, both financial and operationalCoordinate timely and appropriate issue closure and mitigation for open audit mattersEvaluate control deficiencies for impact and perform root cause analysis to determine appropriate management actionsBuild relationships and collaborate cross functionally with process owners to gain understanding of their operations and underlying control environmentIdentify business concerns, improvement opportunities and recommendations for corrective action; assist management with implementation of improvementsConsult on internal control / risk engagements with global finance leadersOther projects as requiredSkills and Abilities:
Strongly self-motivated and disciplinedDemonstrated knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards and GAAP Verbal and written skills necessary to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationWorking knowledge of Oracle Applications, WMS, Dynamics, with detailed experience in Oracle manufacturing modules is a plusDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.3-5 years related experience (financial reporting, internal or external audit) is required.Preferred Qualifications:
