Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional service to our clients, particularly in the construction and auto dealership sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completionReview and analyze financial statements and reportsIdentify and assess risk areas, developing audit strategiesSupervise and mentor junior staff during audit assignmentsCommunicate findings and recommendations to clients and managementEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field2+ years of experience in audit, with experience in the construction and auto dealership industries being a huge plusStrong understanding of accounting principles and audit standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCPA certification not required but preferred
