Job Description

The Staff Audit (Staff Associate) plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of an organization's accounting department. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the accounting team. The Accounting Associate must be adaptable, detail oriented and able to manage diverse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support in Accounting. Documentation and Record Keeping. Data Entry and Analysis. Communication. Accounting Project Support. Office Management. Collaboration. Event Coordination. New Employee Training and Integration.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college education in accounting or related field may be preferred. Proven experience in administrative or support roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
