The Role

Your responsibilities will include planning and assigning tasks to team members, supporting their training and development, and ensuring that annual budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, preparing, and successfully completing audit and assurance engagements for all client entities. Collaborating with clients to discern critical project outcomes, work products, barriers to success, and any changes in expectations or scope. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance requirements. Collaborating with our Audit Training and Development manager to provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members, enabling optimal performance. Overseeing team operations as part of the Leadership team, which includes recruitment, workflow management, resource planning, reviewing timesheets and expenses, and driving performance development.
