Are you passionate about precision, process improvement, and driving excellence in manufacturing? Moog Military Aircraft Group Wolverhampton is seeking a proactive and technically adept OSV Quality Auditor to lead audits, support operator training, and champion continuous improvement across our production and development environments.

 

You’ll play a critical role in assessing risk, ensuring process conformity, and enhancing product quality through hands-on inspection, collaboration, and problem-solving. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, technical depth, and cross-functional teamwork.

 

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute audits to evaluate process effectiveness and operator competencyAssist in training operators on quality procedures and inspection methodsProvide technical guidance to operators on workmanship standardsSupport Business Systems and product audits as neededCollaborate on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiativesReport findings and improvement opportunities to ManagementSample inspect parts using advanced inspection techniques

 

What You’ll Bring

Associate’s degree in a technological field or equivalent technical training (e.g., apprenticeship)Minimum 5 years’ experience in precision machining, assembly, or test processesExperience in auditing techniques and statistical sampling methodsStrong proficiency in inspection techniques, gaging, and test equipmentExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently across diverse production areas
