The Regulatory Compliance Auditor is responsible for administering internal and external audits to ensure compliance with WelbeHealth, state and federal requirements. The Compliance Auditor facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth teams and with external stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission.

Essential Job Duties

\n\nConduct internal WelbeHealth audits to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, providing outcomes and recommendations to Compliance team\nConduct external audits of network partners to ensure contractual and regulatory performance standards are met, including document review and facility assessment\nStay abreast of changes to relevant laws, regulations and guidance and assist with the adjustment of audit tools to keep audit processes current\nComplete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner\nProtect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families\nFollow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings\nCommunicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities\n\n

Job Requirements

\n\nBachelor’s in Public Health, Health Care Administration, or relevant field\nValid State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record\nCopy of recent Vehicle Insurance required\nMust be comfortable with up to 20% of travel to WelbeHealth locations\nMinimum one year experience in health care compliance with PACE experience preferred\nKnowledge of laws and regulations pertinent to PACE programs\\Critical thinking skills – using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and to work independently with minimal supervision\n\n

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $90,281 - $108,337 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
