The Consumption & Insights Generation team, which is part of the Central Data & Analytics organization within Chief Technology Office, is responsible for creating a seamless experience for analytics experts to harness the potential of data and interactive analytics through a unified platforms across the enterprise – from scientific/clinical to commercial across all our locations.

We are actively exploring ways to make analytics more accessible to a broader user group and reduce the time to gather insights. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excitement for AI-Powered Analytics who will help us to improve and adopt Conversational/Augmented Business Intelligence platform. As an Augmented Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in enabling analytics and data-driven decision-making within our organization.

What will you do?

Supports divisional teams in the use case enablement and conducts business PoCs.

Drives platform adoption across divisions.

Supports product owner with managing the entire product lifecycle.

Collaborates with other cross-functional teams on platform integrations, conducts technical PoCs and delivers robust solutions.

Administers the product platform and contributes to general framework definition.  

Conducts continuous product discovery to understand user needs and develop solutions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

3+ years of experience with a strong focus on business intelligence and data analytics.

Proficiency in the use of visual analytics tools and technologies.

Technical background in data engineering, data architecture, platform administration, or related roles.

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.

Confident individual who is organized, able to coordinate teams and activities in a complex international environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders and clearly communicate technical and non-technical information verbally and in writing.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

BSc in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience with visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, Power BI.

Expertise in working with cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Databricks.

Proficiency in Python for data processing and scripting.

Certifications in Cloud technologies or understanding of AWS services for data management, storage, and analytics.

Prior experience in Enterprise SaaS product management or administration.

Familiarity with Release Management, Problem and Incident Management, and Software Development Life Cycle best practices.

Previous experience in Life sciences and Pharma domain.
