Who we are looking for
In this role, you will work with State Street teams from around the globe to mainly support premier investment management clients. You will have immediate responsibility to oversee all day-to-day operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, flexible and exciting environment.
Why this role is important to us
You will be part of an enthusiastic team dealing with dealing with italian AML process including investigations and corrections of incomplete transactions and events, launch and review of specific reports to enable clients to meet the regulatory requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As AUI Administrator you will:
•Act as a resource within teams to problem-solve for issues with clients and other internal teams.
•Effectively identify potential issues that might work against the team and take early corrective actions.
•Communicate effectively and engage in building an effective working relationship with internal primary service recipient (State Street Italy)
•Respond to inquiries from clients, custodians, and other internal teams to ensure timely effective processing of requests.
•Prepare, complete, and review standard client reporting.
•Perform reports within the business unit as necessary to support processing routines.
•Participate in any cross department’s initiatives aimed at improving Employee Engagement

Education & Preferred Qualifications

•Working knowledge of software packages particularly Microsoft Excel.
