Responsibilities:
Responsible for SOW system setup, pricing, banking details and factory obligationsCreate asset return requests in D365Responsibility for chain of custody trackingManage customer returns into the factory and ensure transactions meet SOW obligationsMonitor returned assets as they are processed and remarketedManage non-conforming throughputAccountable for account level KPIs and Service level agreementsSingle Point of Contact for factory asset statusPerform final cost/margin analysis on assets returnedExecute asset reconciliation in D365Responsible for settlement accuracy and financial credit/rebill adjustmentsGenerate and deliver Receipt Acknowledgement, Audit and Settlement ReportsPayment requests and remittance confirmationSupport redeploy/repair exchange order requests and manage customer owned inventory stored in our warehouse under the MDS program.How you’ll make your mark:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degreeTypically, 3 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably a sales support or service delivery roleKnowledge and Skills:
