Your day to day will be busy and fast at the front counter in our showroom. You will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers.

Your role:

Provide customer service- counter sales and via phoneProcess orders via phone and emailSupport a diverse customer base in providing product supportAttend to sales enquiries/provide technical supportLiaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

What you need:

Good Customer service/ sales skills through proven work historyGood verbal and written skillsComputer literate at an intermediate levelThe ability to multitask and priorities your workloadsTeam player to support other areas when requiredMechanical aptitude, bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
