Applicants must be a BCBA in the state of Louisiana.

Position Purpose: Evaluate treatment plans, behavioral support plans and objectives for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment of treatment plans utilizing behavioral health expertise, industry standards, and policy requirementsEvaluate providers’ recommendations for patient services and objectives. Ensure alignment between patient diagnosis, program objectives, and services recommendedPropose modifications to providers and discuss feedback on justifications for exceptionsEvaluate patient progress over multiple years and guide board certified behavioral analysts in updating treatment plans and patient objectivesContinuously research relevant publications for updates to scientific based guidelines

Education/Experience: Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. 5+ years of applied behavioral analysis experience. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis within specific populations, understanding and working knowledge of insurance funding for applied behavior analysis.

License/Certification:

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
