Our team specializes in diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and we're looking for a skilled professional like you to join us in providing comprehensive evaluations and therapeutic services to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with ASD and their families.

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals from various disciplines, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and developmental pediatricians. You'll use a variety of assessment methods, supervise and mentor doctoral interns, develop and implement group therapy programs, and participate in care coordination meetings. Plus, you'll contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that values collaboration, communication, and mutual respect.

Key Assessment Psychologist responsibilities may include:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder using various assessment methods such as clinical interviews, record reviews, and full psychological evaluationsSupervise doctoral interns and provide guidance and support in their professional developmentDevelop and implement group therapy curriculums tailored to individuals with Autism Spectrum DisorderEnsure treatment fidelity by monitoring adherence to established protocols and best practicesMaintain a small therapy caseload, providing direct services to clients as neededCollaborate and consult with other members of the diagnostic evaluations team, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, developmental pediatricians, and family resource specialistsParticipate in regular care coordination meetings to discuss client progress, goals, and treatment plansStay up-to-date with industry trends and research, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into practice as appropriateContribute to a positive and supportive team environment that values collaboration, communication, and mutual respect.

Qualifications:

Missouri licensed clinical psychologist; PhD or PsyD requiredExperience and skills in clinical treatment services within an outpatient setting, including client contact, documentation, quality assurance, and compliance required
