This role maintains continuous communication with the insurance company with the end goal of closing our customers claims as soon as possible. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and actively be customer-oriented is essential to comply with our service standards. **A day in the life…** + Responsible for guiding and assisting our clients on auto claims or potential auto claims. + Must be an intermediary with insurers and insurance companies andassist in the entire process of a claim, from its inception until our client is indemnified for their claim. + Proactively assist our clients in obtaining a quick and fair settlement from insurers. + Provide clear and timely information on the status of our clients' claims. + Analyze offers and/or determinations of the Adjusters of the insurers to protect the interests of our clients. + Advocate for insurers in complex cases.
