This Process Administrator II position is an elevated role for colleagues demonstrating exceptional performance and behaviors in the Floorplan Operations Process Administrator position. This position follows department procedures and management guidelines to complete quality reviews to ensure that specified transactions within the Datascan system is completed efficiently and accurately with a credit action. The Process Administrator II position performs a critical risk management function as it helps ensure accuracy of customer invoices, accrual of proper interest due, settlement with bank participants, and the setting up of beneficiary details associated with funds movement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Performs primary quality review of key Floorplan transactions and customer loan structure and loan account set-ups. Quality reviews are subject to agreed upon SLA’s and address a primary risk control for the Group.
+ Unassisted completion of weekly assignments pertaining to assigned account follow-ups.
+ Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes multiple sources of records, files or documents.
+ Compiles regular and special reports drawing data from a variety of sources.
+ Collaborates with team leaders or supervisors on unusual cases.
+ This position is cross trained to perform various functions in the area, including the settlement of sold and bought participations.
+ May train less experienced employees and/or organize workflow.
+ Mandatory overtime and weekend schedule rotation may occur.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma
+ 2+ years work experience in a processing type function
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Adobe Pro and running queries
+ Experience with general ledger entries
+ Experience with ACH and Wire Transfer processes
+ Basic understanding of commercial syndicated and participated loans
+ Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
+ Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
+ Ability to multi-task
+ PC and internet proficiency
+ Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
