Job Description

The Leader of Local Agency and Commercial Sales will be responsible for leading a team and growing sales in our local markets.   

Responsibilities

Development and training of Sales Managers and Sales Reps on Driven Glass (Auto Glass Now) offeringsImplement strategy to grow and strengthen our network of insurance agents, dealerships and fleet accountsWork closely with operations to ensure service delivery for our customersOversight of client issue resolutionSupport new store openings by engaging sales teams to drive sales activity to boost new store sales rampPartner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiativesEstablish sales priorities, action plans and deliver/exceed on sales goalsRepresent Driven Glass (Auto Glass Now) by attending and participating in territory client functionsBuild relationships with key clients

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years auto glass experienceMinimum of 10 years management experienceAbility to lead, motivate, coach, and grow sales teamQuickly establishes trust and builds relationships with clientsA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to pivot and adapt to a changing environment​Strategic thinkerTravel requiredBachelor’s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience required
