Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledgeBuild effective customer relationshipsAre committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customersEnjoy working in a busy phone customer contact roleAre safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their team mates

The successful applicant will:

Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experienceBe a passionate customer service expert with some sales experienceBe comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical mannerBe a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skillsBe a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independentlyHave a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
