GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Auto Salon Manager, the Auto Salon Lead helps provide additional leadership to the Auto Salon team while focusing on work productivity, efficiency, and a high level of customer service. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, appointment setting, detailing interior and exterior of vehicles, cleaning of office spaces, and washing and drying detail laundry.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Practices and enforces safety procedures. Detailing of vehicles and completing services within the given timeframe. Able to work productively with fellow coworkers. Cheerfully greets all members while performing assignments. Strive to improve detail skills. Answers telephone and schedules appointments in a professional manner Provides a clean and safe working environment for associates and members. Helps to train and mentor new associates. Capable of working in an outdoor environment Understand and anticipate the needs of members and guests; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through; provide exceptional customer service. Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate. Active participation in events, programs, meetings, and training Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response. Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings. Helps to cover shifts when needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
