Autodesk Civil3D Designer
OVERVIEW Merrick & Company is seeking an Autodesk Civil3D Designer and project design team member in support of water and wastewater conveyance, treatment facility site design, and general construction document production and project execution for Municipal, State, Federal, commercial, and industrial client sectors. The ideal candidate can perform non-routine assignments and must be capable of making sound drafting/CAD decisions, produces and develops Civil3D/CAD drawings, knowledgeable of project workflow, and exercises independent judgment, while receiving minimal instructions from supervisors. Drawing elements include site grading and drainage plans, site improvement and building layout, yard piping and site utilities; and plan and profile drawing development for water distribution and sanitary/storm sewer collection system pipelines. This position will be located in our Denver, CO office; however, other locations may be considered (CO; Boise, ID; San Antonio, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Lewiston, ID; Greenwood Village, CO). Typical pay range for this position is $38.00 - $49.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of four (4) to years of Civil3D drafting experience is required. Experience developing drawings in Autodesk products is required. Experience in municipal water and wastewater projects is a must. Associates Degree in Drafting, Graphic Design preferred or Technical College Certification or Equivalent Relevant Experience.
