Essential Functions
Responsible for achieving annual sales goals targetsLead customer-centric, consultative selling efforts to uncover additional opportunities within key growth-oriented accounts and cross selling across Sample Management Solution product portfolioManage network of channel partners in assigned territoryWork cross-functionally with Product Management, Inside Sales, Technical Support and Corporate Accounts Manager ensuring effective collaboration of resources to deliver on client needsCollaborate with Marketing on creating a marketing plan, registering/planning/attending local vendor shows, creating and executing on campaignsOther duties as assigned.Academic & Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Life Sciences disciplineTechnical background in biobanking or sample storage preferredMinimum of 5 years capital equipments sales and/or channel management experienceProven record of high achievement in salesKey Skills and Position Competencies
Required
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organization skillsStrong persuasiveness and influencing skills requiredStrong competency in sales process and strategic account planning; regularly achieving business results that accurately mirror or exceed forecastUnderstand customer needs and able to leverage on existing product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenueShows understanding of market trends, business dynamics and scientific advances – and their respective impact on customersResourceful and is comfortable in navigating through internal resources by collaborating cross-functionallyFluency in one other Asian language besides EnglishPreferred
