Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking for a Production Test Engineer to support Production Test Engineering activities for various lines of missiles and rockets in Dallas, TX.
This position requires integration, testing and fielding of software/hardware for automated test sets supporting production of various missiles and rockets. Candidate must have a basic understanding of electronics testing methods and possess knowledge of industry wide tests and testing equipment. Produces test engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Ability to perform root cause analysis of failure on UUT (unit under test) or Test Set independently and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Candidate possess excellent communication skills, efficient in collaborating with multiple cross functional teams, comfortable briefing to LM senior leadership and United States Government customer. This position is expected to work under minimum general direction.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Familiarity with Oscilloscopes
Familiarity with Digital Multi-Meters (DMM)
Familiarity with Power Supplies
Familiarity with Communication protocols

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
