Description We are in search of an Automation Analyst (Automated Order Entry) to join our team in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. Working in the financial services industry, your role will be pivotal in the development and enhancement of Order Entry platforms. You will also be responsible for managing data feeds and integrations, along with coordinating with external vendors to guarantee smooth communication and integration. Responsibilities: • Developing and supporting form/rules for Order Entry Platforms • Managing requirements for DTCC data feeds and providing ongoing support • Collaborating with Business System Analysts and Onboarding Analysts to implement changes stemming from product launches, projects, and business initiatives • Designing and executing internal and external test plans • Establishing operational processes for long-term platform support • Assisting in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of moderate to complex production issues related to Order Entry processes or DTCC feeds • Focusing on the optimization of Order Entry platforms • Acting as a subject matter expert in overseeing platforms, data feeds, integrations, and industry initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation Analyst or in a similar role • Proficient in order entry operations and processes • Strong knowledge of annuities and financial products • Hands-on experience with SQL and Visual Basic (VB) • Demonstrated skills in optimization and process improvement • Ability to develop comprehensive test plans • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
