As an Automation Analyst in a global Master Data & Innovation Team within Danone Business Services, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform technologies, including AI/LLM capabilities.

You will work closely with citizen developers and business teams to implement automation standards, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality and performance of automated processes. This position requires deep technical expertise in RPA tools and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient automated solutions.

Technical Development & Implementation:

developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform, including AI/LLM capabilitiesimplementing automation standards and templates across projectscreating and maintaining technical documentationsupporting deployment activities for new automation initiatives

Technical Support & Guidance:

providing technical guidance and support to citizen developerssupporting the implementation of automation best practicesguiding teams on technical aspects of automation development

Performance & Quality Management:

conducting quality assessments of automated solutionstracking and reporting on key performance metrics

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

developing and delivering training materials for automation toolsconducting basic training sessions for citizen developersdocumenting and sharing technical best practicessupporting the growth of automation capabilities across the organization

We expect you to have: 

1+ years of experience in automation development and implementationdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldexperience with UiPath automation platformproven track record in delivering automated solutionsexpertise in UiPath Platformstrong understanding of process automation principlesproficiency in automation testing and quality assuranceexperience with automation documentation and training
