Act as the subject matter expert for Automation and IT solutions, engaging with customers and the sales team through presentations, consultations, and strategic discussions.Lead and coordinate successful product launches for assigned Automation and IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.Provide expert support in tender processes, particularly for complex projects involving laboratory automation and IT infrastructure.Analyze market trends and customer needs in areas such as LIS, middleware, and business intelligence to build a robust project pipeline and guide IT solution development.Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify gaps, innovation opportunities, and strategic positioning.Define and implement go-to-market strategies based on market dynamics, customer segmentation, and business priorities.Collaborate with international colleagues to align with global strategies, share best practices, and leverage cross-country insights.Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage collaboration agreements to support product positioning and innovation.Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and other projects assigned by the management or company leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the diagnostics or healthcare technology industry, with proven success in product management or business development roles.Solid understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows, automation systems, and IT solutions, including LIS and middleware platforms.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for digital technologies and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively both virtually and in person.Proactive, open-minded, and solution-oriented, with a passion for tackling complex challenges and driving innovation.Willingness to travel up to 60% within Spain to support customer engagements, training, and internal collaboration.Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international teams, participate in global initiatives, and attend training sessions.
