Job Title: Staff Solutions Architect
We are looking for a skilled Automation Architect to join our team, with a focus on developing digital experience using bot-based solutions and self-service workflows. In this role, you will work closely with business teams to design and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and reduce manual efforts across various processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using bot technologies (e.g., RPA, AI bots) to streamline business operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and design self-service workflows that empower users to handle tasks independently. Optimize existing workflows and automate repetitive tasks to improve business efficiency. Ensure the seamless integration of automation bots into existing systems and processes, improving the overall user experience. Monitor and maintain automation bots, ensuring they run efficiently and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Document workflows, automation processes, and system integration procedures for ongoing reference and continuous improvement. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use self-service tools and automation systems. Identify and implement improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback. Stay current with industry trends and new bot-based technologies to drive innovation within the automation strategy.Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in automation technologies, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI bots. Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Familiarity with API integrations and web services for connecting automation solutions with SFDC. Experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly self-service workflows and integrating them with business systems. Ability to analyze and map business processes for automation opportunities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional automation platforms (e.g., WorkFusion, Power Automate). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Knowledge of customer experience design and improvement.
