A healthier future. It’s what drives us to innovate. To continuously advance science and ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need today and for generations to come. Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.

That’s what makes us Roche.

As an Automation Business Analyst, you will support automation business partners assessing and documenting automation ideas at the earliest stage. Your critical thinking and ability to elicit high level requirements from stakeholders will be greatly needed to select the most promising candidates. Once an idea is confirmed, your detailed documentation and communication skills will play an important role to map and document the end-to-end of the processes, including the AS-IS and TO-BE. At a later stage, your detailed requirements will help developers initiate the development phase and afterwards test the solution.

Once solutions are in production, you will keep key solution documentations up to date, so our portfolio of solutions reflects the business needs. In the entire cycle just described, you will support the automation business partner.

You will work in a collaborative and agile environment, surrounded by other automation & data enthusiasts at the Roche Services and Solutions (RSS), building solutions for our Roche peers and ultimately impacting our patients. Your closest team members are mainly: other business analysts, automation business partners, automation developers, product owners and people leaders.

It is expected from you to promote a healthy work environment, embracing diversity and inclusion at its full definition, and an active feedback culture.

You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary and Malaysia.
