You will be accountable for meeting daily and weekly automation Control goals, while also meeting quality, accuracy, and safety objectives. As an Automation Controls Supervisor, you will join an Automation Controls team that consists of automation, control, electrical, mechanical, and reliability engineering disciplines. Grimmway is one of the largest carrot and organic vegetable grower/packer/shipper in the world! Additional InfoWhat you will need:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or related focus.Minimum of 5 years of Automation Engineering experience.Minimum of 2 applicable certifications (Rockwell Automation, FANUC, NFPA, UL etc.).Experience in training and mentoring team membersExperience with Rockwell Automation products.Ability to travel occasionally to Grimmway facilities as needed.Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English.A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
