Description du posteDesign and develop automation systems: Implement control systems for manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot and optimize machinery: Diagnose issues in automated systems Program and configure PLCs and HMIs: Develop and maintain control logic and user interfacesCollaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams Conduct equipment testing and validation: Ensure systems meet safety, quality, performanceDevelop technical documentation: Create manuals, diagrams, and operating procedures for automated systems.Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Integrate safety features into automation systems and adhere to workplace standards.Manage installation and upgrades: Input/Output Verification, Test and confirm I/O, Safety I/O Verification, Network Configuration, Sensor Calibration, etc.

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in automation engineering or electrical engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similiar positions

Technical skills:

Experience in electrical design : Draftsight or Autocad Electrical or See ElectricalProficiency in Rockwell Studio 5000 programmingExperience with Factory Talk View StudioFamiliarity with Kinetix 5500, PowerFlex drivesKnowledge of Control Techniques drives software (M-Connect, CT Soft), of Ethernet/RIO/DH/Controlnel, of older PLC software technologies (RSLogix 5/500/5000)

Additional skills:

Strong understanding of electrical schematicsBasic knowledge of pneumatic systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to document and track issues clearlyEffective communication skills for daily reporting and team collaboration
